When doing this kind of intuitive work, there can sometimes be a sneaky part of oneself that’s left thinking, “Will that really make a difference? Will this animal really feel better after what we’ve done today?  Let’s face it, what we’re really asking ourselves is, “Will this work?”

In the last few months I’ve been aware of emphasising the therapy aspect of AIT, and seemingly pushing the communication and healing like some poor discarded relative into the background.  The truth is, animal communication is the tool and healing the goal of every single session I do.  But to say AIT is just about healing and communication is a bit like saying a house is built with a site plan and bricks!

Recently I've noticed I've been working with a fair number of horses experiencing physical pain. It makes me realise that I often go through phases of working with uncannily similar underlying issues - sometimes so much so that I get to the next animal and think, "You can't have these problems - they’re exactly what the last two horses had!"
